Team recreation and team building seems to be different but have a general purpose to them, which is to create an active work environment and to build a positive communicative and inter-credible team. Most of the team recreation activities are based on participation from all team members. Hiking, sports games, dinner together, and community volunteering action are activities that want as many as team members. There is no team recreation only for one member. Team building is also meaningful with many members team. However, some of team building programs are provided for each individuals concidering their specific requirements and job levels.
