It called institution of 'Self-controlled commute' Some department of my company operate 'Self-controlled commute' already. Even now, My team became that rule applies. It is that employees are working 40 hour a week or more without fixed commute time. So starting next week, I can go to the office at any time I want. It has many benefits. Because I can control my working time according to my private situations. I can go office avoid to rush hours and I can to the hospital or bank without take a day off or half-day off when I have a private matters. But It is not only advantage. If employee who couldn't control the time, It can be a poison. If He or She doesn't work over 40 hours a week, Rather they may receive a warning or punishment from company. So, I'll have to time management well more than before when I worked under the fixed commute rules. |

This new rule is for employees who are working for 40 hours a week or more who do not have a fixed commute time. So, starting next week, I can go to the office at any time I want. It has a lot of benefits. One of the benefits is that I can control my working time according to my personal plans. I can also avoid rush hours when I go to the office. And, I can go to the bank or to the hospital without taking a day off or a half-day off when I have private matters to attend to. But, it also has disadvantages. If the employee couldn't manage his or her time, it can be toxic. If he or she doesn't work for over 40 hours a week, they might receive a warning or a sanction from the company. So, I have to manage my time better compared to when I was following the fixed commute rules. |
