I have been working in my team since 2013. It is almost two year in the team (something like "I have been in the team for almost two years."). Most of the employees have usually negative feelings on about their boss and don’t like them, but for me I do really respect my boss, and also I’m quite sure that all people of our department like him and respect him. There are almost 70 people in the department and my boss is in charge of it. Not only that he is he competent and novel, but he is also that he is really understanding and considerate to his people, so everybody likes him so much. To every single person, he always tries to give and offer good chances and instruction. During the time working with him for nearly two years, I also could work easily and learn lots of things about vocational skills and how to work efficiently in the company.
