Due to global warming, unusal things are happening all over the world.
In Korea, recently a heavy snow fell in March.
In the middle of winter the weather is warm and flowers bloom.
But suddenly the temperature falls to 20 degrees below zero and it's a bitter chill.
In summer, we are likely to have tropical weather. There are so many mosquitoes and heavy rain pours down unpredictably.
As I've mentioned previously about the main production area of apples, 65% of apple production in Korea is in Gyeongsangbukdo, but nowadays cultivation of apple trees is slowly changing in the northern area.
In the past, the home of the apple was Daegu, but today it's hard to find here because of climate change.
Approximately three decades later, experts predict Gyeongsangbukdo will not produce apples.
Jeju-island is famous for mandarin. A long time ago, Gyeongsangbukdo couldn‘t cultivate subtropical fruits like mandarin, but now it can also grow here.
