I have a project done about 3 years ago. The goal of that project was developing the IT system used by the construction company. It was very hard but interesting for me. There had been many problems before I went to this project's site. Very quickly after I went there, I started to listen the voice of customers and applied them to the system immediately. And I rescheduled the cost and resource plan to complete that project on time. When problems or issues occured during the project, I tried to solve them by discussing with customers, and requesting for the support from my headquarters. Finally I completed it succeessfully. As I told you just before it was hard time for me but one of memorable projects to restore the trust from our customers.

I did a project about 3 years ago.  The goal of that project was to develop the IT system used by a construction company.  It was very hard, but I found it very interesting.  There had been many problems on the site before I took this project.  As soon as I arrived, I started to listen to the concerns that the customers were voice, and using their concerns to address the problem.  I was successful in completing this project.  It was hard, but it was worth it, because it restored trust with our customers, and that made it memorable to me.  (I suggest leaving out "As I told you just before..." because it was only a couple of sentances before)
