내용 These days, it’s hard to get a job for young people.
Youth unemployment rates are high and rising. If you luckily get the job, you would kick out from the company because the company is suddenly bad condition.
But the civil servants are guaranted retirement age so far, civil servants and teachers are popular jobs among young people although the salary is not high.
To be a civil servant and a teacher, you pass the written examination and then you are interviewed.
When interviewer interview the applicants, wthey take all sides into account.
First, they select people who are eager and responsible their job. If the circumsyance is difficult, those men could overcome in a crisis.
Second, they want people who go well with their colleagues.
The boss and colleagues don’t like be stubborn and self-assertive people.
