Korea has not found gas and oil.
We import these things from other oil-producing countries, and prices in Korea always connect with international oil prices.
If the gas prices are down, the economy is active, but otherwise, people tighten their daily lives (for exemple, they use public transportation more than their cars and cut down electric appliance usuage) and government does, too.
Our country’s economic crisis is due to real estate.
The government’s low interest policy has continued, and many people, even young people, are investing in houses, apartments, and land, but they have capital.
Because they pay their debt, they don’t have extra money to enjoy their lives, so the domestic economy is stagnant.
