I am writing this business email to remind our customer that the contract between the customer and our company will be expired soon. And, I would like to ask politely the customer to extend the term of the contract.

("May" is a great word to use in formal situations however it is used to ask for permission. Ex: May I have another cookie? / May I play after I finish my homework.) I would like to know if you are interested in extending the term of the Agreement?

If you wish to extend the term, please let us know how long you would like the term to be extended and any other clauses you would like to amend under the Agreement.

We are looking forward to continuing (spelling correction)
our long-term(hyphen was added) business relation with your esteemed company.
