Reservation # : 116518307 Name : Han Jihee I appreciate Mr. Choi's ever courteous attitude to solve uneasy error Agoda system happened to made on Dec.28th, 2016. There have been problem which was not intended from my side. Aside from the troubles that I had to gone through, I was fortunate to be connected to Mr. Choi Donghak on Jan.6th, 2017. His call guide and willingness to complete his duty even after the official time was very good. Even though, the reimbursement policy is not yet fully solved, he assured me to completely solve the problem under his trust. How can I rate the good employee's service? The other day, last year, I did it via SNS. I beg the whole Agoda would consider what I had to put up with those trouble. And the duly attitude fo the good employee of Agoda. Thank you.
