I like to cook steak in my place. It’s because it is very simple and I can save money instead of going to an expensive restaurant. And also my son likes it very much. In order to make steak, the first thing is to get good quality of thick beef and then the intensity of fire and time is important. You have to cook high at first and medium for a long time next time. My secret method for my steak is sauce. I set various sauce such as balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, truffle olive oil, of course traditional brown sauce on a table. So that my family can dip it in those. My favorite is Peter Luger sauce.
