I think this is awesome and very considerate of you! 

One of my bosses used to text or mobile messensger to contact me for work after work hours or on the weekend. However, I didn't want to be disturbed during my private personal time. Unfortunately, I couldn't resolve this problem because he was my boss. Now I am in the position of the boss in the company, as a team manager. So, one of the things I think I'm good at is that I rarely contact my teammembers after work or on weekends except for emergencies. I don't want my team members to be stressed because of me contacting them during their private time.
