내용 My current boss is totally different from my preivous boss.
My previsous boss was old, over 53years. He was a conservative person and majored in Korea history. Even though he was very nice, but, he was strict and had his own rule. It was a little bit hard to accept his order when it was not reasonable.
On the other hand, my current boss is very young, around middle of 40tys. He is a progressive person and majored in Hotel management in the U.S.. He has very reasonable thoughts and try to encourage us. So, frankly speaking, I prefer working with my current boss for work.
