내용 I showed you what the labor union posted on a wall, in order to explain what the relationship is like between JEINS and the foreign schools.

Two of definitions of "appeal" from the Oxford dictionary":
1. to make a deeply felt request, especially for something that is needed immediately.
Police appealed to the public for information.
I appeal to the civil servant, rather than to JEINS.
2. to make a formal request to a court or to somebody in authority for a judgment or a decision to be changed.
