내용 Hello!
I am calling because you sent the wrong sized jacket.
I orderd a medium size but you sent a small size.
It is too small for me to wear.
Originally, I think that I should wear it tommiow. But, I can not.
So, could you exchange the jaket for a big one, please? Or, if you don't have stock, I definitely should get a refund.

So, could you exchange the jaCket for a LARGER one, please?  BUT, if you don't have stock, I definitely should get a refund.
