| 내용 | I read some news articles about asphalt concrete plants in Jeju. According to the statistics in 2017, in a village near which there are some asphalt concrete plants, the cancer rate was 18 times higher than that of S. Korea. In 2017, 23 residents out of about 400 had cancer over the last ten years. Asphalt concrete plants emit group one carcinogens like benzene, etc. The house I visited yesterday is only about 100 m away from a plant. So, I will not live there.
