Other than it being a general rule, if a typhoon or the strong wind blows, your stuff will probably damage your flat or others' that are property of the school or landlords. If the school's property or landlords' property is damaged by unattended things outside, you will have to take the responsibility for that, REGARDLESS WHETHER YOU LIVE IN A COMPLEX OR NOT. Also, please comply with what the complex maintenance people ask you. Please remember you live in a complex where many people live together. |
