내용 | Hi Heni, I would like to check if the expressions below are commonly used. 1. When closing an email, I normally use "I will wait for your response to my query." Instead of 'response to', I also use 'reply to', 'comments on' , and 'feedback on'. 2. "We wishes to/hope to/intend to/plan to discuss it ~~" Are these expressions and preposition acceptable? In addition, please inform me the difference between the each above expressions. Merry Christmas~! |

첨삭 내용 | Hi Heni,
Hi! All of those first expressions are ommon and really mean the same thing for closing an email. When you say "We wish or hope to do something, that is the same meaning , but it sounds like it is not a definite plan, whereas if you say "We intend or plan" to do something, that sounds like you have already made a decision to do that.
I hope that helps you, but please ask me any further questions.
Merry Christmas to you too! |
