If I hadn't moved to the company I am working for, I would never have been studying English, because it was not necessary and there was no pressure to in my previous job.

However, my current job is a global company and sometimes I have to communicate with international people. For that reason, my teammates and manager have been pushing me to improve English directly and indirectly.

Because of the pressure from my team, I might have been studying English forcedly (I'm not sure what you mean here). My manager told me that it would be helpful for me someday. I agree with him, though it might have been because of the positive peer pressure.
