Today, I finished reading the book, "The Sober Diaries" written by Clare Pooley, an English lady who has 3 children and living in London, UK. This book is based on her real story about how to overcome the alcoholic life and keep sober after deciding to quit drinking. It started on the day 0, "Something has to change," just after her birthday and it continues on "Day 1 How on earth do I get here?". The days are counted as her sober days. The 1 year episodes made me smile, felt sorry for her(especially when she was dignosed with breast cancer) and motivated. This book is a real page-turner.
