내용 If I want to reduce stress I would doing physical exercise.
There are some reasons.
First, I can focus on doing excercise without thinking stressful things. It's good to relieve stress.
Second, I can get energy to do something like cooking, cleaning or doing work fresh again.
Lastly, after doing excercise I can sleep deeply. Sleeping is another good way to reduce stress for me.
For these reasons, I think doing excercise would be the best way to relax,

If I want to reduce stress, I would do physical exercise. Here are some reasons. I can first concentrate on working out without worrying about anything stressful. It's beneficial to reduce tension. Second, I'll have more energy to accomplish things like cooking, cleaning, or working. Lastly, I can get a good night's sleep after working out. For me, getting some sleep is a great method to relieve stress. For these reasons, I believe that exercising is the best way to relax.
