I was involved in a new project in the company. I was hesitated to have a decision because I thought I didn't have enough competency to work do it. But my team leader cheered me up and said "I bet you will do it well", so I made up my mind to join it. I had to participate in the meeting which that the headquarter hold was held in Tokyo. I dropped off my carry-on to the my colleague and I went to check in.

Hi Tony, 

I just checked both compositions you did, and I'm just going to give the overall comment here. I'm glad that you were able to notice what I've also discovered in your performance in class. It indeed improved and that's because of you.  You managed to show how eager you were by asking more and using the expressions every time. We just need to keep on enhancing your grammar, and eventually I believe that you'd be able to minimize some mistakes. All in all, I hope you keep on being motivated in class.
