I think salaries should be decided based on the person's skill not base on how long the person has worked there.
First is motivation. we will work hard and stay with the company. Because money is strong motivation to work harder and better. As a result, befits go to companies
Second is personal development. We will learn more skills and prepare for the future. If we are not learn we are goning to fall behind. It is not good for a person and company
Third is fair. If we earn salaried based on how long we have worked, the will to do good job disappeared and young emplyees will leave.
