If I were hosting a party, I would be more likey have food delivered from restaurants.
becase I can more concentrate on the guests. Moreover I can not worry about the taste of food.
I don't want to guests happy with dishes.

If I am looking for a place to live in I would consider how close public transportaion is.
It would be easy for me to go to places such as restuarants, shopping centers and workplace.
And I can save time instead of wasting on the road and it makes me more people person.
