There are two types of the rent. One is deposit only. Deposit is usually 60% of the purchase price. The other is consist of deposit and monthly payment. If the deposit is going up, monthly rent is going down.
If I satisfied with the house, we lesse, lessor and agent meet at real estate agency and contract on the retnal. That time lesse have to pay final payment for lessor and commission for agency
I heard that in Europe a lendlord inspects tenents credit and income and interview them whether a tenant use a house cleanly.
