So some cafe has a time limiting policy. they posted a notice saying, additional order required for use of
more than 3 hours. This has emerged as an issue to cafe owner. On the othr hand I think this phenomenon shows Korean forced to study a lot on their own. Like I take a English class at Mangolang and I hope to improve everyday with correction of sentence by the teacher or motivation by myself through this class. We tend to prepare for the future rather than enjoy present life.
