내용 | I started to work out in the gym in the our company building. My blood pressure have risen recently, so I need to make my body more health. My plan is as below. In the morning, I run about 30 minutes. In the lunch, I do weight training about 30 minutes. I will walk up the stairs to my office on the 15th floor. Maybe I eat 3 dishes in the company during the week. I eat just lunch and dinner during the week before now. I think I have to avoid eating snacks. Some Youtuber said eating smaller is better than excercise. |
