내용 | I way to relieve stress is to go to the gym after work. usually, I exercise for about thirty minitutes a day during the week. After stretching, I run for about 10 minutes and do weight training. Among the weight training, I use to like bench pressing. The maximum weight of the barbell was 100kg. When I do it , I feel refreshed and relieve stress. I resumed it a year ago. I couldn't do it because I injured my shoulder previously. Now I did it to build up my body. But it's not easy. So I exercise hard for about an hour on the weekends. |
