I told a doctor the same, and he said, "I think the happen became a trauma. And it caused depression, insomnia and lethargy." He said I must treat it. I had been feeling that I was depressing more and more, but I couldn't think I had a trauma. Because I was originally a sensitive human, and I already knew it, so I thought it wouldn't be a big problem.
