내용 | Since one year ago, I have been hurting my back. So I started taking a walk for an hour in a day as my doctor said. At first time, I felt it's a hassle. It's too hard exercise after work. But I must do it, I've been doing exercise an hour almost everyday. The gym is not opened on Sunday, so I take a walk to outside. It was pretty boring for me at first, but now I came to like taking a walk to outdoor. I love taking a walk with the warm sunshine. I realized recently that I'm influenced from weather a lot. The day with cloud I feel a bit dipressing, but the day with sunshine my mood is higher. | ||
