1. heels: the back part of the human foot below the ankle; or the raised, fleshy part of the inside of the hand, located near the wrist
ex) When she was riding a bicycle downhill, she couldn't beat the acceleration, and scraped her heels a bit.

(Couldn't beat the acceleration” sounds awkward and overly literal. Native speakers would more likely say “lost control” or “couldn’t keep up with the speed.)

ex: She was riding her bike downhill, but lost control and scraped her heels.

2. inflammation: being reddened, swollen, hot as response to injury or infection
ex) It was minor injuries such as inflammation, but she needs to wait and see the because of weeping wound.
(is not quite correct in terms of grammar and natural flow. “wait and see the because of…” is grammatically incorrect and confusing)

ex: She had minor injuries like inflammation, but she needs to monitor the wound because it's still weeping.

3. "You know how to eat", "You've got good taste", "You have a discerning palate"
ex) He likes the red one when he eats Hot-pot, he has a discerning palate.

(“The red one” is vague unless the context is clear (e.g., red broth, red sauce, red meat)

ex: He likes the red broth when he eats hot pot. He has a discerning palate.
