| 내용 | In Korea, there is a system called Jeonse, but it has many problems, so there are many insurance programs for it. If the Jeonse price is very close to the house price, the landlord sometimes cannot return the deposit when the tenant moves out. That happens quite often. In my case, my company paid part of the deposit, and I paid the rest. But because the Jeonse price was too close to the selling price, the insurance company rejected it, so I had to lower the deposit amount to get insurance. It’s a bit complicated, right? |

| 첨삭 내용 | I understand the concept but it's a bit difficult to wrap my head around... It's kind of like you're paying a deposit but when you move out, there's a chance you won't be getting that money back. I think it's very complicated haha. |
